Online Ordering and Set Up
You can order our Remote Backup Service online, download the software and
get your business protected very easily! This is what you will need to do:
- First, fill out the form below with all your information, and when we
have reviewed it, usually within 24 hours, we will send you a link to download
the software to install, for FREE!
- Second, you install the software, and do a trial run to see how much
space you will be needing to do a complete full backup the first time.
The software is easy to install and very user friendly. (If you do need
assistance we are available via email. We can accept phone calls during
the day (eastern time US) only, at our regular consulting fee rates.)
- Third, you merely go to our payment page, submit your payment for the
first three months according to the size needed, and when we confirm the
set-up, you can do your first backup. We highly recommend that your first
backup be a full backup, and then subsequent backups be incremental. Do
not back up program files, just data, and understand that graphics/photos
do not compress very much at all. Most other data will compress 40-60%
of it's normal size. We accept payments via PayPal using your credit card
or check.
- Fourth, you set your backups to run at night when you are not using your
computer. You should do a full backup at least once a month. How long it
takes will depend on your connection speed.
